Well isn’t that a dream come true, sit at Home and Make Money writing Blogs. But once you get started you find out that its not that simple as was made out to be. Don’t worry we can do this together. I started blogging about 6 Months ago maybe a little more but time flies by so fast that I loose time and don’t feel like going to find out now exactly when I actually did start blogging.

 My first blog was with blogspot and I still love blogger.com. Its easy simple and any-one can get started and know their way around fast. But I wasn’t getting my desired results, yes I’m sure its my fault and I’m sure that you have read that there are people out there making money off blogspot. I still use it to supplement my ongoing projects, but like I said ” desired results” they are at least a monthly minimum income off 1 blog. That is what I’d call Making Money with Blogs.

My first encounter with Wordpress was difficult, I didn’t know anything about uploading programs to a host and buying a domain name and other programs that went with making my template work. Even though there was a step by step video, teaching me every step. I was still getting it wrong, it was small little things that if you don’t get it right … no website! Support came to my rescue, but that too was short lived. As the very next step I took it went all wrong again, and this time rescue didn’t come, I wrote, I waited and I went to the forum and I asked and days later I moved back to blogger.com. That very first Wordpress site is still not complete.

It wasn’t until I came across Atomic Blogger that I got it right. Every day was a Wow moment for me as I progressed with Alvin’s Books and Video training and In no time my “Weight Loss Diet Blog”  was born. I actually couldn’t understand why my other blog  was such a pain and this one went up so fast and easily, I have periods where I am actively promoting this blog and some  times that I retreat to teach my self new tasks, but always back to this blog  learning more and implementing more strategies. Taking it forward one step at a time. Seeing a sale here and a sale there, my Adsense revenue is low, and I started working on that too by adding a website now found on the “.com”  (weightloss-dietblog.com) as my blog is at “/blog”.

The tasks at hand on promoting your Blog are many, But no matter where I look the tasks are mainly the same. Write your article Posts and distribute them, some people that are well known gurus will tell you that for $100 up to $1000, Even though I already had that information from Alvin, I didn’t believe I was getting anywhere with writing Articles,  I would still think that there is a Secret that I don’t know about. Alvin Provides a well rounded strong basis for Bloggers and he’s support for new, confused starters was great, I never waited longer than 24 hours to hear from he’s support and the majority of the time it was due to the time difference of my country and he’s country. But I am thankful for the journey that he started me on, a good strong foundation to move forward and prosper. Blogging is a journey and there is still much more to explore and learn. Its not just one thing that you need to do, its the combination of all the things you can do to take your blog to the next level. Considering that a year ago all I knew was how to read my emails on the Internet.
